The way your investment is structured really depends on a number of factors:

Our Equity Partners are owners of the property, holding a set percentage of ownership of the project. You can become an Equity Partner by:
Cash Partners purchase their ownership in the company which directly holds title on the property.
Credit Partners hold ownership in the company which directly holds title on the property and were granted that ownership in exchange for securing the mortgage on the property.
Beneficial Ownership Partners do not want to earn income in the country the property is in. They provide cash to our parent corporation in their country of choice (Canada, United States) and are provided with a Beneficial Ownership Agreement which provides them investment income equivalent to the profits earned on the project paid in the parent corporation's country.
If you are not ready to jump in as an Equity Partner quite yet and take on the risk of fluctuating returns you can provide a Promissory Note. These Notes are secured on the property directly similar to a mortgage or they can be secured with a Pledge Agreement on the ownership shares of the company holding title to the property or through the parent corporation.
Depending on the amount of your note, duration of your terms, and the offerings available our investors are offered interest rates between 8-15% per year.
